Learning Support Assistant | Barnet | £17.40 – £19.00 per hour

CER is working in partnership with a college in Southgate who are seeking a full time member of staff as a Looked After Children Advisor. This role will start immediately and will last until the end of the academic year

The key elements of the post include:

• Planning & holding Personal Education Plans
• Updating the portal/systems (training will be provided)
• Managing the support to LACs
• Checking attendance weekly
• Liaising with Social workers

Ideally you will have:

• Experienced with supporting Looked After Children
• The experience or ability to organise PEPs and manage
• A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
