Job description
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
- Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in strategic decision-making at the senior management level.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters as required.
- Liaise with external counsel as necessary.
- Provide training to the business on legal matters.
