Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all facets of the construction project. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful, timely, and budget–conscious completion of the RC Frame High Rise Residential scheme. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Take ownership of the project from inception to completion, overseeing all phases of construction and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to foster strong collaborative relationships.
Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project financials, allocate resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained throughout the project.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, adapting strategies as needed to keep the project on track.
Health and Safety Compliance: Champion a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high–performing project team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high–rise residential projects with RC frames.
Education: Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RC frame construction methodologies and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development, motivation, and collaboration.
