Roles & Responsibilities

• Arrange resources and equipment to complete electrical repairs
• Attend multiple sites including properties to determine and plan required works
• Manage on site Engineers & Sub-Contractors to ensure work is delivered on schedule
• Undertake adequate repairs on a range of buildings
• Liaise with tenants and leaseholders to arrange suitable appointments

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing electrical works
• City and Guilds 2382:2018 (18th Edition of the wiring regulations)
• Ability to inspect, test and certify for all electrical installations
• Demonstratable experience of repairing and maintaining properties
• Full Clean UK driving licence
