Location : Sandwell, West Midlands

Daily Rate: £150-£160 per day

A skilled Floor Layer is urgently required for an ongoing contract position in Sandwell, West Midlands. The assignment provides a great opportunity for those with the necessary expertise, and the contract is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities of the Floor Layer:

• Installation and maintenance of flooring
• Latexing, screeding, and vinyl installation
• Cap & cove application
• Welding seam joints
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborating with the project team to meet project requirements

Requirements for the Floor Layer:

• Proven experience in floor laying, including latexing, screeding, vinyl, cap & cove, and welding seam joints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ideally, have own van to transport materials
