As the Technical Coordinator, responsibilities will include:
Applicants must have previous experience working on the delivery of RC frame residential projects of a similar scale and possess an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations.
The most suitable individuals will be existing Technical Coordinators working for developers or Design Coordinators working for contractors. Project running architects or technicians who can jobrun schemes autonomously and are aspiring to make the switch will be a great fit for this role.
