Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based near Ludlow, Shropshire.
This well-established private setting with a large wildlife and nature space are looking for an experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner!
Main Responsibilities:
- Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
- Be able to implement the EYFS in to planning activities
- To understand the importance of assessment, and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required.
- Have a strong understanding of how children develop and use this to tailor each activity to each individual child’s progression.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and utilise them everyday.
- To maintain records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other professionals.
- Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers
