A dynamic and award-winning multi-office practice is now seeking an NQ Solicitor to join its Manchester-based office. You will work across the Family and Private Client Department due to a substantial increase in instructions.

You will be joining the private client department assisting The Head of the Department in their varied caseload. The workload will vary between Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Court of Protection matters so there is a broad workload and experience to be had.

This is an incredible opportunity as the firm is dedicated to investing in training and development programs and providing a working environment, which is both supportive and challenging. 

About you:

• Experience working in the Family or Private Client area of law
• Having recently qualified as a Solicitor or a strong Paralegal
• Confident in a client-facing role
• Attend home visits to clients or court as required
• Experience in using case management system
