Job description

Clearfield are recruiting a quantity seurveyor, for a growing family run main contractor based near Amersham, covering sites in London.

Applicants of all levels will be considered, with renumation being based on experience.

Projects are generally residentially led, up to circa £10m / 50units in size.

The role is largely office based near Amersham, with the occasional site visit for meetings and valutions.

Suitable candidate must have:
- Knowledge of JCT Design & Build Contracts
- Experience working for small to medium size main contractors

The role will be on a permanent basis and the interviewing process being very efficient.
