Nockolds Solicitors are a progressive Law Firm with offices in Bishop’s Stortford, London, and Spain and due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit two Solicitors or Legal Executives to join our Wills and Probate team in Bishop’s Stortford. We are looking for two roles

The team have invested heavily in technology, using a wide range of software. Training on this is fully supported by our dedicated in-house IT support. You will be excited by harnessing these tools. A willingness to implement and adapt to new working practices is essential and we are well placed to respond to the challenges facing the profession.
A willingness to work as a team is essential. The team have an exceptional supportive team ethos. We have two dedicated talented accountants in the team who can support you with most technical tax issues.
Our Academy will provide you with opportunities to take your career to the next level. We actively encourage members to study their STEP exams with three team members currently undertaking these.
We have a separate, expert contentious trust and estate team and we work closely with them to provide our clients with the best advice on more difficult matters. This is very interesting and rewarding work.
Whilst both roles are based in our Bishop’s Stortford office a willingness to travel to our London office occasionally would be required. In addition, there is the opportunity to be involved with our Spanish specialist team both in the UK and Spain. This exciting and interesting work is supported by our Spanish translator.

You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing articles. You must enjoy looking after clients and demonstrate skill and sensitivity in dealing with the bereaved and the elderly.
