- Engineering Supervisor
- Location: Peterborough
- Salary: £47,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (day shifts)

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an individual who is:
- Electrically biased with multi-skilled engineering background
- Experienced in food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or plastics industry
- A good communicator and team player
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising engineering teams
- Ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of machinery
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing technical support and guidance to the team
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
