An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Deputy Manager, ready to take on fresh challenges, or a Senior seeking to advance their career to new heights.

As the Deputy Manager, the primary responsibility is to assist the Registered Manager in maintaining a conducive physical environment within the home, focusing on factors such as design, comfort, homeliness, hygiene, and cleanliness. This entails promptly reporting any damages or repairs needed for the property or organization's belongings, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the young residents. The role necessitates a full-time commitment, including participation in shifts to ensure the implementation of best practices. This involves availability during evenings, weekends, and occasional sleeping-in duties, with the specific schedule determined by the Registered Manager based on the home's requirements.
