Technical Program Manager

Program Manager to join them on overseeing their projects while also providing technical support to your team.
You will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines, delays and teams. You will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. You should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
Responsibilities - Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project
- Ensure high quality work is produced
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams
Qualifications - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or similar
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing complex developments requiring software & hardware integration
- Experience in consumer RF product development (Ideally HVAC or connected thermostat or Residential IoT OEM experience) is required
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Bonus - Technical knowledge/understanding of electronic (RF) products using different radio’s is a plus (Zigbee, Wifi, Z-wave, Bluetooth, RF4CE, etc.)
