Salary: £44,000 - £46,000

NonStop's client, located in the West Midlands, is searching for a new Team Manager to lead a small group of Social Workers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable IFA with a Good Ofsted rating. They were recently inspected by Ofsted so you know you will be joining a team that runs smoothly and values a high standard of care.

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage a small group of Social Workers in the Sandwell area
• Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• Experience as a team manager within Fostering
• Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
