Job description
An innovative law firm, who foster a culture of independence and enablement, is now seeking a Planning Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh.
The team handle diverse planning instructions, focusing on contentious matters like appeals, inquiries, and judicial reviews. You will provide strategic advice, draft legal agreements, and ensure efficient case management.
Key Tasks:
The successful candidate will ideally be at least 2 years' PQE, have some knowledge of Scottish environmental law and experience in litigation and planning inquiries.
