Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for Porter/Drivers Mates in Wetherby on behalf of our client. Our client is a nationwide drinks distributor, providing a one-stop drinks service to thousands of hospitality venues across the UK.
The role:
Working as a Porter/Drivers mate the role will include:
- Delivering alcohol to bars, pubs, sporting & entertainment venues etc
- Assisting with 5-10 drops a day
- Heavy Lifting required
- Assisting with route navigation
- Checking Delivery notes and completing paperwork
You will spend your day in the truck with the driver, helping unload stock at various locations. You must have the ability to act as a banksman (helping direct the driver with his vehicle movements) as well.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, working on shifts.
- Monday to Friday
- Start time is 06:00
- 10 hour shifts (average)
