The role: Qualified Teacher
You will be expected to work within a mainstream primary school as a qualified teacher to teach a year 3 class, must have QTS/PGCE, strong behaviour management skills, passion to help children to succeed to their full potential and at least a years experience teaching. For this Qualified Teacher role you will Monitor and assess pupils' work and set targets for progress. weaknesses, inform planning and recognise the level at which the pupil is achieving. Prepare and present informative reports to SLT, governors and parents / carers as required. Contribute to the school self-evaluation and improvement.
The school:
This school is based in Barnet with a bus stop within a 5 minute walk from the station. This school is a single entry form school with around 167 students and teaches 10 different subjects. They have a breakfast and after school club to help support parents. In March 2022 they had received a good Ofsted report which states the lessons plans of the classes are made to keep children and young people engaged during lesson times.
