Nursery Manager ~ Up to £45,000 ~ Croydon, London, CR0
Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 pa (Depending on qualification and experience)
To be considered for this lovely Nursery Manager position – with longevity and GREAT potential you must:
- Hold minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
- Has Deputy or Managerial experience within a Nursery.
- Work closely with the Director whilst also being expected to work autonomously in relation to everyday management responsibilities.
- Confident to make decisions considering the reputation and financial aspects of the business whilst balancing a high degree of sensitivity to the needs of children and families.
- To provide operational management of the nursery facilities and staff, to ensure high quality education and care is delivered at all times.
- Consistently meeting legislative requirements and following the Early Learning and Development Programme
- Ensure that the training, support, mentoring and supervision of the staff team inspires and leads ambitious practice.
- To create a safe, caring, and welcoming setting
- To promote a successful and profitable business, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery to reach maximum occupancy
