Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT change management policies, procedures, and processes.

- Monitor and track changes to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to navigate change initiatives successfully.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT change management, with expertise in change planning, assessment, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
