Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Central Nottingham
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Our well-established firm based in Central Nottingham is actively seeking a skilled and experienced IFA Administrator to join our dynamic team. The position has become available due to increased demand for administrative support, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our financial services practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of 4 consultants/planners
• Undertake general administrative tasks with a focus on elements of paraplanning.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient client service delivery.
• Manage electronic documentation and maintain a high level of digital proficiency.
• Liaise with clients, external providers, and colleagues to facilitate smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a financial services administration role is essential.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
