Our client, a game development company working on its debut title, is looking for a skilled Senior Sound Designer to create and deliver engaging content. This full-time Senior Sound Designer remote role comes with a favourable salary and benefits.
As a Senior Sound Designer, you'll be collaborating with team members, producers, designers, artists, and engineers, focusing on crafting captivating audio that resonates with players.
In your first week in this Senior Sound Designer role, you can expect to:
- Focus on improving and optimising audio systems, tools, pipelines and workflows
- Collaborate closely with the lead to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Take on a mentorship role, sharing knowledge and expertise within the team to foster growth and skill development.
To apply for this Senior Sound Designer role, you will need a minimum of 5 years in sound design, including 3 years in game dev. You will also require the following:
- Experience completing a full cycle of an AA+ title, especially in live games like MOBAs, FPS, or co-op
- Proven ability in successful team collaboration within a group of at least three
- Expertise in creating abstract sound designs, cinematic sound effects and character sounds that deeply immerse players
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, specifically in audio systems, visual scripting and mixing.
