Job description

The One Group are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an established business who continue to grow on a full time, permanent basis. This role would see you working from the offices in Maxey Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, where your ability to multitask, prioritise and work with high attention to detail will be utilised throughout your responsibilities:

• Setting up of new customer accounts and maintaining existing account details
• Confirming Bank Details
• Posting purchase invoices from Purchase Orders
• Review the month-end creditor reports and identify missing invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare and post the supplier payment run
• Posting Sales invoices from Sales Orders
• Credit Control

With an annual salary up to £24,000 + study support for your AAT's, the opportunity would suit a candidate who has initial exposure to finance, but would like to develop within a supportive culture.

You will report directly into the Financial Director and therefore have the perfect mentor!
