We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in Bouremouth - Poole.

Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector in reactive works and planned maintenance; you will be responsible for acting as the company`s representation to the residents across the contract.

Duties:

• Primary function is to be the first point of contact between your team and the residents. Ensuring all residents are kept up to date and informed at all stages of works due to take place in their home.
• Deal with customer complaints and provide support to the more vulnerable residents.
• Customer facing role - you will be out on site, visiting residents and completing any other duties required.

No option for hybrid working

- Full training will be provided.

- You will need a full valid drivers license and your own car, as the properties are spread out and will be required to travel to various properties.

- Travel expenses will be covered.

Other information:

Monday to Friday / 8am till 5pm / Ongoing Role / Immediate start / Previous experience preferred / Need to be happy to travel and use your own car.
