Job description
Calling all Recruiters – I am on the look out for you, working for a very good client of mine based in Harlow. This will be an Internal Recruiter so no targets. You will be dealing with Candidates and internal clients on a daily basis, sourcing the best candidates for their industry. You will have your finger on the pulse when it comes to modern sourcing methods – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc as well as using the more traditional methods.
Once you have found the best people, you will then facilitate the process, from applicant to a ‘live’ candidate to offer stage – you will ensure thorough interviews are conducted, ensuring accurate records are kept. You will work with managers to understand the requirements of each role and build a profile library.
You will be self-motivated, pro-active, organised and resilient, with excellent communication skills as you will be cold calling candidates. You will need to be flexible in order to deliver a responsive recruitment service – this is not a standard 9 to 5 recruitment role. Immediate start available!! Driver essential.
