Job description
We have a new role: Deputy Manager at a well established Nursing Home in St Albans.

Dementia Old AgePhysical DisabilityYounger AdultsFull time – flexibility is important to support and establish a new nursing team, candidates must be willing to be part of weekend on call rotas, and work one weekend per month, also one Night shift per month to support the night team.
Salary – negotiable for the right candidate and dependent on the hours. Bonus package to be discussed – likely to be related to occupancy and CQC achievement on inspection.
There is a staff accomodation (only £50/month) onsite that could be used temporarily for someone wishing to move to the area while they are searching for permanent accomodation.
