Are you passionate about technology and skilled in sales? We're seeking a dynamic individual to drive our API solutions into new markets and deepen relationships with existing clients. As a Technical Sales Specialist , you'll leverage your expertise in APIs to articulate the value of our products to diverse stakeholders, from developers to C-suite executives.
What you will need
- Act as a bridge between technical team and clients.
- Deep understanding of product, capabilities, and potential.
- You’ll have proven technical know-how in the SAAS space and specifically in API driven products.
- Drive repeat business growth (20%) and develop new API business opportunities in adjacent markets (80%)
Responsibilities
- Deliver optimized solutions to customers.
- Foster strong relationships and generate new business.
- Directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Leverage technical expertise to empower clients and drive business growth.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers.
