We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join the existing support team working on a range of internal technical issues across a range of technologies; including desktops, applications and other IT services.
What will you be doing?
Day to day management of user queries, hardware, software, and other technical issues
Setup computer devices and accounts for end-users
Collaborate with the service desk team working on incidents and changes
Desktop / Laptop / Printer Support
What Experience do you need?
Some knowledge of networking systems and principles
Experience with Microsoft 365 Services – SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Azure AD
Ideally some experience as a 1st or 2nd Line Support Engineer
