SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000
JOB TYPE: Fixed Term Contract – 6 to 9 months
Role Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned Interim Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a proactive recruitment model that identifies resource needs early with managers, builds direct sourced talent pipelines, develops innovative sourcing strategies, delivers a strong employee value proposition in the marketplace, and ensures a first-rate candidate experience.
This role is crucial in shaping our workforce and ensuring the firm attracts and proactively identifies top-tier talent while strategically reducing costs and dependency on external agencies.
- Proactively head hunt top tier talent through a number of activities
- Source candidates via a number of methods, including direct attraction, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, meet-ups and to a small degree via agencies
- Lead and Implement improvements to the recruitment process, with great candidate and hiring manager experience at the forefront of everything you do
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing team and HR team (where necessary) to plan, execute and evaluate innovative recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels including social media and jobs boards
- Provide dedicated business partner-style support, collaborating with and providing guidance to hiring managers
- Own the responsibility for tracking and reporting on hiring metrics
- Prioritise direct recruitment whilst also making sure relationships are maintained with the right agencies
- Build strong talent pipelines for live vacancies, whilst creating talent pools for future growth
- Manage applicant screening and interview process
- Manage, track and make improvements to our Applicant Tracking System, using data to best support the HR team and wider business
- Create relevant, personalised and high-touch candidate experiences that align with company’s values and mission
- Lead on our EVP and execution via careers website, job boards, job specs and other touchpoints.
- Assist with wider recruitment projects as the business continues to grow – incl supporting off shore recruitment
- Improve our employer brand across all channels, being a brand ambassador at all times
Experience Required
- Extensive inhouse recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, across multiple functions, from graduate and administrator, up to director level talent, in highly competitive markets. Professional Services experience highly advantageous
- Extensive experience using innovative sourcing methods and headhunting tools across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute projects and make decisions independently.
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insight and intelligence.
- Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with recruitment agencies and other third-party suppliers.
- Quick to adapt to ever changing business needs.
- Strong and demonstrable senior stakeholder management experience
- A great communicator who understands the importance of both the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Organised and methodical, with high attention to detail and strong prioritisation with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
