Status: : Full time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent.
Salary range: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications
Location: Dublin, Glasgow or Newcastle upon Tyne office.
There will be a requirement for travel to undertake site work, which may require some nights away from home.
The position:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Acoustic Consultant to join our growing Environment and Engineering Team. The Environment and Engineering team assists developers in taking energy projects from conceptual ideas to operational assets. We offer a range of consultancy services including acoustics, planning, consenting, GIS and expert witness. Our projects range from early feasibility studies right through to environmental compliance, due diligence and beyond.
The team has a principal focus on assessing the noise impacts from renewable energy projects with particular expertise in wind energy developments, however our projects are wide ranging and also include port developments, industry, electrical infrastructure, and a wide range of renewable and conventional energy developments.
We actively encourage staff development through structured on the job training and support.
