My client are an international FTSE 250 business based in Bath.
Lead the preparation of precise management and statutory accounts for holding companies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Forge meaningful partnerships with the legal and finance departments, influencing strategic decisions with financial expertise. Drive the development and refinement of sustainability reporting, aligning to business practices. Strengthen the financial control environment by reviewing and enhancing sections of the group accounting policies and procedures. Play a pivotal role in supporting the Group audit process, collaborating closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit cycle. Take ownership of the month-end reporting, expenditure analysis, variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Take ownership of the Holding Company accounts, encompassing month-end reporting, expenditure analysis, accrual calculations, and variance analysis. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to integrate performance and financial metrics into risk management, financial planning and analysis, and sustainability reporting.Job tags
