Job Description
- Daily bank recs
- Credit card reconciliation
- Manage a small team of 3 - who do the invoice postings and queries plus support with the banking
- Prepare and initial review the payment run on a fortnightly basis
- Ad hoc manual payments once a week
- Petty cash reconciliations for the homes once a month
- Review of purchase ledger for any large or old items once a month
- Ensure team hit posting deadlines for month end
