Trainee Cathodic Protection Technician
Corrosion Technology Services Europe Ltd (CTS Europe) are expanding and looking to recruit Trainee Field Technicians for projects around the UK.
CTS Europe are a subsidiary of Corrosion Technology Services LLC, who are a global corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. CTS Europe provides professional corrosion consultation and cathodic protection engineering services to major global companies, utility companies, in many countries around the world. Our group of companies manufacture materials and have offices in Kingdom Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, UK, India, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.

Full training is given for this Trainee position.

Details about this position:
• Perform testing on cathodic protection systems at client sites.
• Most of the working week, you will be lone working and travelling Monday to Friday, with regular overnight stays away from home, Monday to Thursday nights, returning home on Friday. (all costs associated with traveling and staying away are covered by CTS Europe. )
• Perform tests on buried assets and enter results.
• Install simple systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have full UK driving licence.
• Ability to produce clear and concise notes.
• Previous experience in electrical testing is advantageous though not essential.
• Ability and discipline to plan your own work schedule.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Min pass GCSE / O-level in Maths and English
• Drive and ambition, with a good attitude.
