We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team within Vistry West London at our office in Ealing. As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for utilising all the regions sales tools to deliver set volume, turnover and profit targets as set by the Head of Sales & Marketing. To recruit, motivate, manage and develop a team of directly employed sales staff to secure sales in line with targets. To utilise Keys, COINS, Contact Builder, Pursuit, Infinity, and other internal systems to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximise.

- A Levels in any discipline.
- Experience in a similar property sales role with experience of managing a team
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Relevant management experience working for a residential house builder within a sales environment.
- Relevant Customer Service and Sales training.
- Good knowledge and usage of CRM systems and web portals
- Strong commercial and business awareness
- Ability to coach, mentor and retain a sales team
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of emotional intelligence and resilience
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Patience with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to deal with people from all backgrounds.
- Friendly, trustworthy and professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Willing to work weekends on a rota basis.
- Willing to be based at a sales hub and travel to all sales sites, including regional office, within the division.
- Full driving licence
Desirable –
- NVQ, level 3/ 4 Customer Service or Sales.

- To train, motivate and monitor the onsite sales teams to deliver agreed sales performance targets.
- To ensure that presentation on site is maintained at a consistent level at all times.
- To liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure that the site is operated at optimum efficiency.
- To exercise tight deal control on all plot sales to ensure maximum retention of profit.
- To control and monitor plot conveyancing to ensure exchanges occur within agreed timescales.
- To identify required plot releases and make recommendations on pricing on all sites in light of sales performance and competitor activity.
- To work with third party suppliers (NHPX, including IFAs, Solicitors and Estate Agents) to ensure they are operating effectively and within agreed guidelines.
- To conduct monthly reviews, and an annual appraisal for all sales advisors.
- To ensure that health and safety on site is maintained as per the approved health and safety procedures.
- To monitor all applicable competitors in terms of sales rate, pricing and product availability.
- To monitor the companies listings on all Websites and third party portals and report any issues direct to the Head of Sales & Marketing
- Monthly delivery of unit, profit and turnover
- Delivery of H1 and FY budget
- Well-presented sales sites both physically and on line
- Timely and accurate sales release forms
