Housing Choices Officer (Hybrid) needed in Newham, £20.25ph  PAYE - Reference: RQ1173970

'Generic Housing Advisors' to join the main team on a duty rota basis taking new homeless applications, seeking to prevent and relieve homelessness whilst also accessing as per the relevant legislation PVII Housing Act 1996 as amended by Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

Assessments are generally by telephone (though in person where a need). Attendance in office based near Stratford required once a week though may be initially more to expedite training.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
