Job description

This newly created Finance Business Analyst will form a key part of the Finance team for Growing Investment firm Paying £60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience and currently operating a 4 day a week in the office with a Discretionary bonus. Located right next to Green Park Station.

Role

This Finance Business Analyst Role will help the Investment Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the CFO and FD in providing analytical work and also provide key information for investment decision

• Play a key role in developing and enhancing weekly and monthly management information packs, commentary and supporting analysis
• Laise with transaction team on Acquisition models and review investment appraisals
• Ongoing management of fund models and forecasting and provide sensitivity analysis where required
• Production of relevant KPI'S and financial data for board reporting
• Preparation of debt compliance reports across the funds
• Support the business in relation to strategic projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Profile

The Finance Business Analysis Role for this Investment firm is ideally looking for

• Someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Someone with advanced Excel Skills
• Someone with Experience with building Fund Models and Acquisition Models

The Finance Business Analyst will report into a hugely impressive Financial Controller who is keen to develop people within the team and prides on promoting from within. The Investment Firm, the business is growing and expanding which offers genuine career development. The Investment Firm have gone through rapid growth, and this is a role due to growth! The head count of the business is around 55 people therefore you will have great exposer to C-suite. The Investment firm currently have 3 Billion in assets and are looking to expand into Europe and double in the next 3 years.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is bench marked between £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and hybrid working of 4 days in the office.
