Job description
As a Primary Class Teacher (Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons, creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and ensuring the continued progress of students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Position: Class Teacher (Maternity cover)

Salary Scale: £130-£220
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As a Class Teacher you will plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons for primary students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students.
- As a Class Teacher you will foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- As a Class Teacher you will collaborate with other teachers and school staff to contribute to the overall success of the school community.
- Ensure a smooth transition for the returning teacher at the end of the maternity cover period.
Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Primary Class Teacher is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the educational success of students.
