Robert Half have partnered with a growing data driven scale up organisation in central Bristol to recruit an Infrastructure Engineer on a permanent basis.
The role would suit a talented and highly motivated infrastructure engineer, lookinh to join the team and oversee IT service delivery for a global user base of less than 100 users. You will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining the core infrastructure supporting our organization's operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of systems, while having a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies that can enhance the IT infrastructure.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience in endpoint support for Windows, MacOS, and mobile access, focusing on configuration and upkeep of remote Mac, Windows, and IOS/Android management.
- Highly experienced with Cloud Native technologies such as Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, VOIP (Zoom phones), account provisioning, and access management.
- Administration of Atlassian Suite or similar tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Trello.
- Strong knowledge and experience of MS365 management, including Entra (Identity & Access Management), and Intune Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Remote management and configuration of AV on end user devices.
- Configuration and implementation of Identity management using conditional access.
- MDM configuration and management (Intune Endpoint Manager and Jamf).
- Certificate renewal, implementation, and distribution.
- DNS and domain management.
- Remote vulnerability and patch management using cloud-based tooling for end-user devices.
- Configuration and implementation of existing and new technologies.
- Core infrastructure change and migration (with minimal interruption to end users).
- VPN configuration and management.
- Documentation and process change, creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Experience and knowledge in automation and Scripting, developing and maintaining automation scripts to streamline IT processes and enhance efficiency.
- Experience in cloud-based backup and recovery management, utilizing virtual cloud storage solutions.
- Experience using OneLogin, Okta, Microsoft Entra or similar.
Package:
- £50,000 - £55,000 + additional benefits
- Hybrid working (1-2 days a week on site)
