Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with supervisor/production staff
- Booking/scheduling deliveries
- Liaising with customers about any additional products and services
- Estimating time and costs associated with deliveries
- Handling customer complaints
- Responding to customer requests
The training you will be getting
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner standard:
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if necessary)
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The successful candidate can progress onto further training or into employment.
