Job description
What are the duties and key responsibilities?
- To help ensure that products and services delivered to customers have gone through the appropriate manufacturing/repair/validation process by:
- Defining, updating and ensuring compliance with the key points for achieving quality.
- Supporting the due processing of customer dissatisfaction, non-compliance (production) and/or deviations from maintenance data (MRO).
- Stop any action that could have an unacceptable impact on the quality of a product and propose the necessary conditions for restart. - To drive continuous improvement
- Undertake other reasonable duties, in line with business needs and objectives
