Job description

Reeds Rains in Newcastle under Lyme are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, within the Sales and Lettings team.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times

Full training and support will be provided, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment

In return we offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £21,000- £25,000 per annum
• Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
• 6 months guaranteed commission pay
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
