Are you passionate about providing delicious and nutritious meals to those who need them most? Do you thrive in a caring and supportive environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated PVG Chef to join our client at their reputable care home located in Stirling.

 

Your rate of pay and hours of work

In this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour, paid on a weekly basis with holiday pay accrued on top. You can also enjoy choosing from flexible shifts between the hours of 8am-5.30pm, Monday to Sunday.

 

Responsibilities within your new role

Preparing meals skilfully to meet the specific dietary needs of the residents

Ensuring the provision of high-quality snacks and beverages throughout the working day

Maintaining and restocking all food and kitchen supplies

Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Prior experience as a Chef within a healthcare or care home setting

Valid PVG certificate

Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong drive to learn on the job and consistently provide exceptional service

Confidence in expressing creativity and introducing new ideas into the menu

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
