Job description
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global manufacture of compressed air systems.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remote, covering regions within the South East - Greater London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via OEM / end user channels.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air industry for products such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, industrial refrigeration, chillers, condensate systems, nitrogen generators, gas generators or similar compressed air related products or services.
A service Engineer with compressed air and/or vacuum pumps experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest.
Package - £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role - Covering regions within the South East - Greater London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via OEM / end user channels.
- Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling compressed air products and services.
- Maintaining new compressor sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
- Working closely with the compressed air service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
- Fully remote, working from home plus regular travel visiting customer sites across the Home counties.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements - Experience as a Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Field Sales Rep, External Sales or similar within engineering.
- A service Engineer with compressed ai and / or vacuum pumps experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable global company.
- A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or engineering degree would be advantageous.
- Experience selling, servicing or managing accounts ideally within the compressed air industry for products such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, industrial refrigeration, chillers, condensate systems, nitrogen generators, gas generators or similar compressed air related products or services.
- Full clean UK driving license
