HR Administrator - Employee Rewards

Job description
Our client is actively seeking an experienced administrator to bolster the success of their People Strategy.
This role will support the Reward and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team across all jurisdictions, including liaising with employees on benefit queries, collating data for salary and benefit reviews, maintaining relevant processes/policies and managing data and systems to ensure accuracy at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support annual salary and benefit benchmarking across all jurisdictions
- Co-ordinate annual employee benefit renewals
- Collate accurate market data for salaries, benefits and other EVP factors and maintain a tracker to ensure information is up-to-date
- Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review, including the promotions cycle
- Assist with collating accurate and relevant MI to support the Reward and EVP Strategy, including monitoring of KPIs
- Maintain Reward-related processes and policies
- Provide support to the Reward and EVP team with general administration tasks
- Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
- Follow existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
- Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in HR administration, ideally 1-2 years experience
- Previous experience supporting compensation and benefit activities is also highly desirable
