Company Information:
My client is a reputable Tier 1 contractor within Construction, Building and Rail. They are looking for driven Site Agents and Project Managers to join the team. With the recent aware of new projects this is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to be based around the Essex area working on major Rail/Civils projects.
Project Information:
The projects will consist of mainly civils works in Rail – Working on Platforms, Canopies and Embankment Stabilizations
Essential Experience:
- 8 years minimum in the position of a Site Agent
- Main contractor background
- Strong Civils experience in Rail (Platforms, stations, canopies and Bridges)
Role Details
- Managing all risks including quality, environmental and health and safety;
- Managing quality and integrating quality into all aspects of the project;
- Drafting Agreements and monitoring their execution; Appointing and managing sub consultants in accordance with company procedures;
- Establishing and implementing the CPP and WPP’s;
- Establishing and maintaining forecasts, costs and revenue budgets;
- Establishing and managing project team interfaces;
- All communications with Client representatives for the project;
- Producing, checking and verifying all deliverables;
- Managing and documenting all scope changes and other variations;
