The Marketing Search is pleased to be partnered with a well-established information business - headquartered in Kendal and operating globally. Their team collaborates to uphold their mission of delivering exceptional outdoor experiences.
In this role, you'll report directly to our Sales and Marketing Director, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to drive traffic to their website, orchestrate impactful marketing campaigns, and enhance global brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the e-commerce website, including content updates, functionality checks, and future development planning.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimise e-commerce listings for SEO.
- Enhance the customer journey by identifying trends, implementing improvements, and creating engaging content.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and generate monthly reports for senior management.
- Tailor campaigns for distinct customer segments and maintain our affiliate network.
- Collaborate with the team to implement the buisinesses marketing plan across all channels, and provide customer service support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce or similar roles, with expertise in brand-led content marketing.
- Proficiency in website optimisation, SEO, reporting, and website technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like GA4.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging content creation.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva preferred.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and a willingness to learn.
