Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN School based in Trafford, supporting pupils with SEMH. This is a great opportunity, to help enrich and develop vulnerable young peoples' lives.
You will be working with an excellent team and joining a fantastic provision where you can make a difference, playing a key role in the development of students.
The successful candidate will be working with pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education and with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) The school offers a great bespoke curriculum to fullfill needs of each individual creating a caring environment for all pupils to exceed.

- Minimum rate of pay 85 .00- 110.00 per day
Experience, Training and Qualifications needed for Teaching Assistant role:
- Previous Teaching experience is required, ideally within the SEN Sector, although this is not essential providing you have the right attitude and desire.
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour would be advantageous
- A passion for working with children with SEMH.
- Pro Active in the classroom and a willingness to join in with class activities.
- You should have lots of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude towards working with SEN students.
To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
