Stocks Hotel on the Island of Sark are now recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our small, high quality kitchen brigade for the 2024 summer season; from March to September, and possibly longer by negotiation.

Stocks is a family owned, luxury farmhouse hotel with 23 suites and bedrooms plus a fine dining room, an exclusive cocktail bar and a popular poolside Bistro restaurant.  The hotel is located in the centre of the small island of Sark in the British Channel Islands.

Our free en-suite staff lodge accommodation includes central heating, satellite TV and WiFi.

Requirements

Previous experience of working in a high quality kitchen, including knowledge of efficient cleaning, health & hygiene plus basic food preparation.

Applicants must appreciate the vital importance of constant kitchen hygiene.
