As a Territory Sales Manager within the upper extremity team, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key upper extremity accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the territory. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.

Ideally, the Sales Representative will live in a location situated on or close to this territory. The area covered are the West London hospitals, with access to the whole of London required.

What you need?
Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics
Successful sales and/or marketing experience
A demonstrable track record of success
Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results
Confidence and a desire to win
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
Commercial acumen, ideally with a working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment

A full, valid UK drivers license
Experience in Medical Devices in upper extremity would be advantageous
