Master electronic subassembly techniques including spark & tweezer welding soft and silver soldering epoxying and precise crimping of sensor elements and cables.
Utilise mechanical manufacturing techniques such as hand tools tig & Plasma welding drilling milling and turning using lathes pipe threading as well as bench and hand power tools for cleaning grinding and polishing.
Demonstrate expertise in machine cutting coiling and wire preparation of sensor cables.
