Job description

Our client is a very well established Specialist Freight Forwarder based in Colnbrook who are looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Clerk to assist with the smooth running of their Air Freight Operation.

Duties will involve processing high value export shipments from start to finish including the following:

- Ensure all export shipments are collected by the correct vehicle and documentation is in order
- Ensure custom entries are completed correctly
- Complete quotations for new and existing clients
- Send flight details to the client by Email or Fax and ensure the foreign agent is pre-alerted with full details.
- POD the foreign agent on urgent shipments to ensure delivery has been achieved.
- Ensure the NES file is fully completed and check post flight shipment details; details to client.

Full UK Driving License is essential due to location
knowledge of Boxtop and/or eCustoms is desirable

Working 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
